   Able Saudi Society for Obstetrics and Gynecology by the grace of God and thanks to the efforts of those who made it to carry out many activities to achieve the goals it was established that the Assembly as follows:
1. A local and international conferences in the field of medicine and surgery Diseases Research obstetrics and gynecology as well as some seminars and study the files to discuss issues related to the field the concerns of the Assembly.
2. Version of scientific journal dedicated to the publication of research and studies related to the area allocated by the Assembly.
3. Do intensive scientific courses and workshops for physicians and doctors to raise the level of their performance in the various branches of specialization and prepare them academically and practically for the fellowship exam and PHD in the field of gynecology and obstetrics.
4. To encourage scientific research in the area of specialization and its relevant areas of knowledge and disseminate the results of this research.
5. To develop and support interdisciplinary floury in gynecology and obstetrics by the formation of specialized committees in each discipline to do an accurate scientific activities and research studies and establish the basic rules in each area.
